To open an account with oo77, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — submitting false or misleading details is strictly prohibited. Each individual may hold only one account; if multiple accounts are created by the same person, they will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited. It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential — this information must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately; oo77 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your own negligence. As part of identity verification, we may ask you to submit your national ID or other government-issued documents. By completing registration, you confirm that you are a resident of Bangladesh and are at least 18 years of age.

All financial transactions on the oo77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and processed through local mobile banking methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits must meet the specified minimum amount, and funds in your account may only be withdrawn via your registered payment method. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed — withdrawals may be held until verification is done. If a transaction is suspected of involving money laundering or other illegal financial activity, oo77 may cancel or freeze it and is obligated to report it to the relevant authorities. Bonuses and promotional funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal, the details of which are listed on the relevant promotions page. If a technical error results in an incorrect credit to your account, oo77 reserves the right to reclaim those funds.

Oo77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: providing false information, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, or serious violations of our Terms & Conditions. If an account is closed, any verified balance will be returned; however, bonuses or amounts gained through fraudulent transactions will be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time — in such cases, the account will be deactivated once all pending transactions have been settled. For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, oo77 may apply an inactivity fee, and users will be notified in advance by email. If you wish to appeal an account closure, you may do so by contacting our support team. oo77 is required to provide account information to law enforcement agencies upon request.

Oo77 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, and any revised terms will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. For significant changes, we will endeavour to send advance notice to your registered email address, though this is provided as a courtesy and not an obligation. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your automatic acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Should any dispute arise between oo77 and a user, the parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion; if unresolved, the applicable legal process will be followed. Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
